As the Digital Producer, I led the redesign and rebranding of the four agency websites (London, NYC, West, Berlin) to align with a new global identity for adam&eveDDB. The project began with a deep dive into the pre-existing data structure to ensure continuity and scalability. I collaborated with approved internal suppliers to recommend the ideal CMS solution for the agency’s needs.

Working with UX designers & developers, I oversaw the re-skinning of the sites, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all regions. Once launched, I facilitated a smooth handover to the respective new business teams for ongoing site maintenance. This project demonstrated my ability to manage complex, multi-location digital transformations while ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams.
